Feedback, Ideas, and Troubleshooting

I have occasionally received "not helpful" ratings from learners, but they are always empty. I get that the learner was not satisfied with my session, but I can't improve unless they specify exactly what was wrong. Do you think it would help if whenever a learner gives a tutor a "Not helpful", they are required to write at least 50 characters of feedback explaining why?

A time converter that is very simple to use could be embedded in the school house platform to allow tutors and learners to know/calculate which timing they are free even if they are in distinct time zones.

At https://schoolhouse.world/dashboard/live-help ?, there is a message that says "Get a response from a certified tutor in 15 minutes or less". There is no such guarantee at Schoolhouse. I've seen plenty of requests with no replies after multiple hours, and sometimes the replies that do come in are from other learners, not those certified as tutors in the topic. I'm curious if that 15 minute number was calculated based on some computed average of the first response by a certified tutor, or the first response by anyone, or if it's a guesstimate. This message can confuse and frustrate both learners and tutors. I've seen learners get upset when no help has been provided, and I can understand the frustration when the UI message seems to guarantee they won't have to wait longer than 15 minutes for a reply. That can also be unpleasant for a tutor who ends up with a learner that is frustrated they had to wait longer than promised. Maybe include a helptip icon at the end that says something like "The average response time for a tutor to reply to a live help request is about 15 minutes, though actual times can vary." or just eliminate the "15 minutes or less" message entirely. Is it something he can download, or does he have to request that the College Board submit it to you directly? I'm a GenX mom, he's an only child, and neither one of us has experience with this. I am reaching out because I have not received any feedback from my first two dialogue conversations, which I participated in around a month ago. However, I have received feedback for my most recent dialogue conversation, which used the new post survey system. While it may just be the case that the other students didn't fill out the feedback form for those first two sessions, the website also doesn't show the self-feedback I filled out for those dialogues on the previous form submission either, but it does for my 3rd conversation. I am reaching out because I am hoping you could confirm that there is feedback from my first two sessions. Is it possible that the previous form submissions still have not been loaded onto the website? Thank you

Could we have a dark mode?

Hi! I was tutoring my final SAT bootcamp session today, and was planning on going a little bit beyond the time limit to finish covering a topic I was working on my learners with before I gave them final encouragement (which I had to do through a series of group messages instead) before I was kicked out of the meeting. Because it was past the planned time, I was unable to rejoin the meeting and conclude the session. Would it be possible to allow tutors to "restart" a session if they are kicked out even if it is past time?

For Some reason the registration closed before the deadline, not the day of the deadline. If you are going to close the registration before the date, it would be extremely helpful to make that extremely clear that there are limited tutoring spots, so if they fill up before the deadline, they might close before the deadline. Because as of now, I planned to register for the November SAT bootcamp two days before the deadline closed because that's what my schedule allowed, and I wanted to set aside significant time to the registration process so that I can make it work. But the registration was closed before the deadline. I have ran 2 bootcamps in the past, and neither time did the registration close BEFORE the deadline. It would be greatly appreciated if that was made clear, or if the registration just didn't close before the deadline.
