Feedback, Ideas, and Troubleshooting

If someone was an coach or moderator, but their term ended, it should still show that they were a moderator or coach under the tutoring accolades part of their portfolio.

We Learners and tutors, can't make more onboarding sessions or join one. (I am making this post because of the multiple people in the tutor subworld that has asked)

I have encountered this problems 4 times before with the same learner. Long Story short I help them with a topic and than they give me an Unhelpful Rating. I am a type of person who can get demotivated with these rating. Unhelping Rating with an EXPLANATION may help tutors learn from their mistakes and see what can change. If I am getting these Unhelpful Rating with no feedback, not only does it make me demotivated, but it also does not help me know where I can improve. My Final suggestion is If a person selects Not Helpful Rating, can we add a tool where they have to type out why it wasn't helpful.

Currently, you’re only able to upload pictures to the group chat, and, if you want to upload a pdf, you have to upload it somewhere else and then share a link to where you uploaded it. It would be easier if we could just directly upload the PDF.

When the newest age restriction came out, it sort of made sense, but now it's just getting more and more complicated for my learners, tutors who want to co-host, and me. Since I will be turning 18 soon, I will be restricted from joining any sessions hosted by tutors under 16, and I am friends with several of them. What I am suggesting is, add a new customizable age restriction setting for younger tutors. They can choose to open or close their series to older learners. We can also apply this setting to more experienced, younger tutors; they must host more than 50 sessions to do this. I hope this makes sense.

Hi! Ive been having some problems with zoom which include, kicking me out when in the middle of a session, and every time I join a session a notice tells me that zoom Will no longer work after December which is a problem... So I was just suggesting if schoolhouse could host sessions with maybe Google classrooms along with zoom but if you could just add another app for hosting sessions it would be totally great!!! Thank you

I would like it if all units under a certified course challenge were counted for the sake of badges. The course challenge shows that you have become proficient in the knowledge contained in those topics so it feels appropriate to count them all towards that badges.

As a peer reviewer, I sometimes get feedback from tutors that I would love to feature on my profile or even SHW portfolio to show what I do as a peer reviewer. Would it be possible to make this feature available for peer reviewers to do so?

I hope that schoolhouse.world can expand to younger ages soon so younger children can learn from this website.
