Bugs

Despite answering nearly a dozen times, the "Share your feedback!" form keeps popping up when I click on page as well as refreshing the page, forcing me to answer the same questions for the same date which I cannot avoid as I am answering it 7 days later than when the dialogue occured. I cannot move on and inihibits every waking moment.

Even though I have completed the post-session survey multiple times, the app keeps prompting me to complete it again. At this point, it doesn't even allow me to submit the survey; it just keeps it on my screen and prevents me from doing anything else on the app.

My learners impact dropped significantly overnight while my other statistics remain unchanged

I did wait until the scheduled session time was over, but couldn't find the tab that usually says give feedback

I was having a hard time completing the age verification and so once it finally worked and I was able click the link to join the session it was a few minutes after the start time. But I was never admitted to to enter the session. I message in the session chat, exited and re- entered, tryed on a different device, and chated the tutor directly through Schoolhouse but received no response. Finally after waiting about 30-40 min I finally just left zoom.

Hello, Recently, I completed and submitted two peer review sessions. Later, I received an email regarding one of my peer reviews, which, from what I remember, was from someone who had reviewed my peer review, if that makes sense. I opened the message on my phone, but I had to step away and ended up closing the tab. When I later clicked on the link in the email again, I couldn’t find the person’s original message or their feedback. Instead, it just takes me to the tutor page. I’m not sure where I can find the feedback from the person who reviewed my peer review sessions. I would really appreciate knowing where I can access it so I can use their feedback to improve in the future. Thank you!

I can't get into a tutors lesson for age purposes even though I was able to get into the same tutors other lessons.

so after i have completed my session, after 7 days i tried to send the feedback, but the submit button just wont work, it just sends me back to the feedback page. This is very frustrating because i got 2 sessions today and i wont be able to visit them because of this.

Hi Schoolhouse team, I noticed that my Learners Impacted count recently changed from 125 to 75, while all my other profile statistics remained unchanged. I came across a previous bug report in which users reported that their Learners Impacted counts kept increasing unexpectedly. I also noticed that this issue may have been addressed recently. Could this change be related to a fix for that bug, or to a recalculation of the metric? I’m curious whether the previous issue has now been resolved and whether the current statistics are working as intended. Thank you for your work on improving Schoolhouse!

My Dialogue portfolio currently shows both a peer response and self-reflection from my first Dialogue session (August 2025). I want to replace the self-reflection with a self-reflection from a different dialogue, but when I click "Add Dialogues feedback" and scroll down to that first dialogue, it says "0 responses," which is clearly incorrect.
