I've learned that help pages have at least three different URLs. E.g. If volunteer hours are rejected, you might get a message with a link to https://schoolhouse.world/faq/en/what-are-the-volunteer-tracking-guidelines-for-session-prep-yma8z0 If you click your profile dropdown, select Help Desk, and search for 'session prep', clicking the first result takes you to https://schoolhouse.world/faq/en/articles/9959357-what-are-the-volunteer-hour-tracking-guidelines-for-session-prep If you asked Fin a question where the response included a doc link, you'll get an intercom URL back, like https://intercom.schoolhouse.world/en/articles/9959357-what-are-the-volunteer-hour-tracking-guidelines-for-session-prep From the intercom URL, I don't observe any issues. But if using one of the URLs that do not include intercom, then multiple things are broken: 1) Typing 'prep' into the search page takes you to an error page (attached) 2) Clicking the 'All Collections' link takes you to an error page (attached) The URLs that don't work are of the form https://schoolhouse.world/en?q=prep and https://schoolhouse.world/en . Adding 'faq/' before 'en' fixes both URLs. Sometimes search does work from a page without intercom, e.g. if done from https://schoolhouse.world/faq/en . But if done from one of the non-intercom URLs listed above (and I have no reason to believe it's specific to those pages), it does not. It appears to me that what gets you into a bad state is 1) Searching. Searching for a page, and navigating to it, makes the 'All Collections' link exclude 'faq' and also makes further searches navigate to a broken page without 'faq'. 2) Having a direct non-intercom link to a page. After directly navigating to such a link, 'All Collections' is broken and search does not work. If you start at https://schoolhouse.world/faq/en and just navigate, without ever searching, I've seen no issues. The 'All Collections' link will include 'faq'. The first search will work. And actually search and navigation to search results work ok for me for a while, before eventually we lose 'faq' and search is broken. I didn't track down if there's a pattern that eventually causes search to fail.

My registered email address for the account and my username is Reem Farag I received notice that my account was deactivated, but I believe this may have been done in error, or there may have been a misunderstanding regarding my recent activity on the platform. I value the Schoolhouse community and take the platform's guidelines seriously. Could you please provide more details regarding the specific reason for the deactivation? If a mistake was made on my part, I would appreciate the opportunity to clarify the situation or correct it so that I can safely resume using the platform. The only visible reason I've seen in the UI for why to follow a tutor (attached, from the Overview tab of a user's profile) is to get updates on their future sessions. My understanding, from conversations with multiple tutors and learners, is that this does not work at all. It would be tremendously useful if it did. There is no documentation on why you might follow a tutor at https://schoolhouse.world/faq/en/ , and the Follow button on a profile has no tooltip, so the only information I'm aware of that we show users regarding why to Follow someone is for functionality that doesn't work. I couldn't find an existing bug regarding this issue. If it's not meant to work, the UI really shouldn't say "you can follow them to get updates on future sessions." In a separate context / bug, I've commented on this message being incorrect when age restrictions prevent one from attending the sessions. But it's seemingly always incorrect, because nobody ever gets notified.

Whenever I send messages or post my messages get repeated itself and also whenever I join zoom session I got disconnected by itself.pls look into matter

When a scheduled session is about to start, the email subject is "Your session starting soon" The other emails I get are worded properly, e.g. "Your series ... is published!" "Your series is full!" "24 hours until your ... session!" "Time to give your learners feedback after your ... session!" "A peer tutor has shared feedback with you!" etc. Those all end with exclamation points, so perhaps "Your session is starting soon!" if we're looking for equivalent levels of enthusiasm in these messages.

The Activity area is where you'll find out if your certifications have been approved or rejected, where you'll find out if you've been accepted on volunteer teams, etc. There's a fixed row height which in most instances (someone commenting on a post or reacting to a message) works fine, but in some scenarios causes key parts of the text to be hidden from view, with no obvious way to view it. I can inspect the HTML to find it, or alter the CSS styles to see it, but for most users it just won't be viewable. Sometimes the information here is critical with no other way to view it. As an example, I got an Activity entry after a certification I submitted was processed (1st attachment). I can't tell if it was approved or rejected. If I turn off the fixed 64px row height, I can see the key part of the message (whether it was approved or rejected) (2nd attachment). It's a similar situation when getting messages about volunteer teams. The third attachment shows what I saw. Clearly there's something I'm supposed to do ("Go to your..."), but I can't see what that is. Removing the 64px row height (4th attachment) shows the full message. The display seemed alright to me just removing the fixed row height, but the team may have an alternate fix in mind. Might also need a different solution depending on screen dimensions, not sure. I would have obfuscated all the text here but I think it's instructive to see the actual text I saw as a user to appreciate the problem caused when text is hidden from view.

I add my phone number to the system as it is required, however, the system continues to tell me that the system cannot send massages to China. Therefore, I cannot complete the following steps to be a tutor.

On Safari, iOS whenever I click an attachment it bugs out and shows the attachment on the bottom half of the screen. It’s missing the usual black border and overlays on top of the usual live help feed.

The first 2 requirements to become a senior tutor have been marked with a tick mark but the 3rd requirement has a lock and I am unable to fulfill it. Am I missing a step or misunderstanding somewhere?

Just finished the SAT math boothcamp series. I tried sending a good luck message to the groupchat and a photo of the problems we did in the practice portion of the review. I got suspended due to sending inappropriate words. Is there anyway to appeal for this?
