Add IB/Honors Grade Path for Certification Due to School Testing Policy

My school offers the IB program instead of AP, and due to school policy, I cannot take standardized tests (like AP or full course challenges) until the beginning of my senior year, which limits my ability to certify.
Suggestion:
Add a path to submit high IB exam scores (e.g., 7 or 8) for an Honorary Certification, as IB is considered rigorous (I see a similar post below).
As an additional temporary measure, consider allowing a teacher to verify a consistently high Honors grade (e.g., 97%+) displayed on an official transcript as provisional proof of mastery until a standardized test is allowed or available. This would allow highly capable students to contribute sooner.
