Schoolhouse Rock should leverage social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok to connect with students worldwide. This would not only showcase its educational content but also make learning fun and accessible. It’s surprising that many of my friends don’t even know about the popular YouTube channel with the same name. There's a clear opportunity here to reach out and spread awareness about Schoolhouse Rock, helping more people discover its engaging lessons and memorable songs. Let's make sure everyone knows about this site!

Hi Schoolhouse product team, How about embedding the Community Guidelines video ( https://youtu.be/JNSsXSGwZIw ) on the Community Guidelines page ( https://schoolhouse.world/about/community-guidelines )? While the Guidelines document covers the essentials in an easy-to-read format, having the video too on that page will make it the one-stop-shop for your Community Guidelines. The video can provide a quick summary, with a little visual cue into absorbing and retaining the Guidelines.

Long-term idea: What if learners and tutors could record their SHW story as a video? Same certification video-recorder can be reused, but perhaps time or nudge the video to be within 30-60 seconds. Option to submit a written story always exists as always, but will this broaden and enrich the stories we're getting? Not sure how much growth this will effect, but KA does allow both text and video stories.

Should Community Guidelines also be added to the Safety section of the Trust and Safety Center? I'm referring to this page: https://schoolhouse.world/about/community-guidelines Of course, the natural home for these guidelines is the Community page, but I think it can be placed at a more handy location too. It's these guidelines that mention the do-and-don'ts of learning and tutoring here, esp. re: personal info. Also, this guidelines page could get its own Help Desk redesign, and be added to the Trust section of the Desk too. (All this is informed by my recent tutoring.)

Resources section is great, but putting Help Desk first is more helpful. Community section could feature a Community Values link to this post: https://schoolhouse.world/faq/en/article/what-are-schoolhouses-community-values-1b7nl3c/ Values must be the first link in Community, followed by Stories and Blog. This ordering could possibly nudge learner usage, when they see what we stand for, how we've helped students, and how to use the platform in various ways.
