Feedback, Ideas, and Troubleshooting

If I clicked "Explore" button to find some series to join, I can't see anything at all. Even though I definitely could see some sessions ( upcoming ) in home page, when I checked in "Series" web page. The only message which pops up is "We couldn't find any upcoming series in Calculus. Want help with something in particular? Try asking a question!"

The Schoolhouse Messages are not loading at all. It was like this for 3 other tutors and 1 learner.

I could not start my Schoolhouse session as I was clicking on the start session button and it redirected me to the Zoom window launch meeting webpage, but from there, when I clicked on start meeting the page was not responding as if my clicks were not processed. It wasn't an internet connectivity issue as all my other tabs were working normally, it was just the Zoom Launch meeting webpage that was irresponsive.

I'm signed up as a tutor and under the assessments tab, the page is blank- no practice tests. Please help.

My curriculum page is not present. My assessments are unavailable. Please advise. Thank you, Jonny F

Not a huge issue but the subworld journey tabs indicate that coach recruitment is in October 2024, with a small grey box next to it that says "Coming Soon." I think the date might need to be updated?

It says one spot left, it's not letting me sign-up and saying I already signed up for a English and Writing Bootcamp when I never did!

Hi! I'm hosting a math SAT bootcamp and it says that my registration is full when I only have four people signed up for my bootcamp.

In the training for becoming a tutor it mentioned that I need to use the schoolhouse zoom account and not a personal one, but I am unable to find such an account anywhere.

Hello SchoolWorld, When I published my SAT R&W bootcamp, the descriptions for each section seemed to be for the SAT Math instead of R&W. I'm wondering how I can get this problem fixed or if I will need to contact someone to fix this issue. Thank you.
