This happens with all past peer reviews. Attached is an example of how it looks like even when you did not actually escalate.
I think it would remove confusion (I have seen several tutors asking about this) if it was clearly indicated whether you escalated or not.

As of March 2026 this appears to be broken again. Attaching a view. One difference in my image vs. the original one is this view clearly shows No was selected, which is good, but the "It looks like you've escalated" row still appears, when it should (in my opinion) be hidden, just like it is hidden when you select No when doing the peer review.
