Feedback, Ideas, and Troubleshooting

I was running Practice Test 5 Geometry & Trigonometry | Cycle 1 for my SAT Math Bootcamp and realized that question number 2 requires that the answer be 4,205 in order to be correct, and that the answer 4205 is incorrect, even though the Bluebook test forbids the use of symbols like commas.

There are no practice tests under the assessments tab and there are only additional assessments

The images are completely incorrect

I've set it to not accepting responses, and it jut isn't working. Really frustrating.

I can't do any practice quizzes or any other assignments because the tabs won't show up.

I had a session a few hours ago where my learners did the pre-practice test. Usually I could access the focus skills right after the test, but none of them are showing up. I think some/most of my learners are facing the same problem. Maybe it's because the assessments are listed under Additional Assessments and not Assessments like previous bootcamps were...? I'm not sure how to fix it.

I can't see any practice tests to assign to my learners under the assessments tab. There are only additional practice problems to assign to SAT leanrer. PLEASE FIX THIS ISSUE FAST! And I heard that other tutors are also experiencing this problem too.

Student put correct answer but was marked wrong.

I've completed the Bootcamp 101 training and successfully gained Tutor status, but when I click on "Create Series," the following phrase appears: "You are not certified to teach the topics in this template." Why is this the case, and how could I fix this? Do I need to complete something else to gain access? It's really worrying for me as bootcamp creation closes in a day. Since I just joined and want to get started, I'd really appreciate it if this could be solved quickly so I can go on and help students.
