Learners are not seeing a button to mark live help requests as solved

I had a live help chat today, https://schoolhouse.world/dashboard/live-help?p=99216, where the learner saw no ability to mark the problem as solved after I finished helping them. In Slack a couple days ago a similar report came in, that a learner could not mark a question as solved, with the button missing from its normal location. And yet other live help requests are marked as solved. Don't know if it is random, or related to some issue with the learner, or varies by learner's age, or a learner's browser or device, or what, but it seems that some live help requests cannot be marked as solved currently.

A learner with me today didn't see the button. She refreshed multiple times. It's https://schoolhouse.world/dashboard/live-help?p=101162. I asked her to send me images of her view and I'm attaching them. This bug is a real pain because learners are confused, tutors are confused (we can't get feedback or SP without it being marked as Solved, and we also can't tell what live help issues still require assistance), and some learners end up deleting the post entirely believing that's the way to close the issue.

The button "Mark as solved" did not appear on my post as well. I refreshed it and it appeared on the third try.
