In subjects where I am a tutor, am not yet a senior tutor, and have had no highly engaging sessions, I see a weird lock icon by the "Host ten highly engaging sessions" text, along with a help icon with tooltip that says "Registration is currently closed. Please check back later." See first attachment. I see this in Statistics, Reading and Writing, Chemistry, and Enrichment, subjects I'm either partially or fully certified in and in which I've held no highly engaging sessions. I'd expect to see something like the second attachment, with the hourglass icon, just showing that 0 have been completed, and without this "Registration is currently closed" help icon and tooltip. I don't know if there are any contexts in which the help icon and tooltip make sense, but they don't seem to make any sense here. I don't know in what context the lock icon would make sense either.

When being split out into breakout rooms, there were a couple of issues with people not being able to join. As a result, we were assigned to new breakout rooms. However, when I tried to submit my reflection for the session, it would not allow me and sent an error message that stated: "Feedback can only be given to registered participants that attended the session." Is there any way to fix this??

The SAT tutor curriculum website is not working for me. It wasn't working yesterday either, and I thought that the problem would be fixed, but it has not. My session is tomorrow and I do not know what to do, because I cannot access the curriculum.

If you go to the 1:1 Live Help page, it displays that there are around 900 tutors online which gives a wait time of 5 minutes. This is false; almost half the questions go unanswered (there are good reasons for this, such as vague requests, though), and none of these actually receive an answer in 5 minutes. I assume this isn't based on actual data but a rather simple algorithm such as 5000 / number of tutors rounded to the nearest 5 minutes, given the fact that it always displays a low number when there are many tutors and high numbers when there are few. The trouble is that this is an overestimate, "online tutors" doesn't mean "tutors willing to give a response". For example, a tutor can be online but they are hosting their sessions and are unable to help in the 1:1 Live Help page. These people should not be factored into the calculation of "number of tutors available" (which I know for a fact that they are a majority). Please don't give them false hope by over-reporting the actual number of tutors that can currently answer questions in 1:1 Live Help. As an alternative, base your calculations of average wait time based on the time it takes for questions to receive an answer, which would be more accurate.

Signed up for a 4 week SAT bootcamp, which was supposed to be be 4 weeks long and was cancelled by a tutor after just 2 sessions without any options to replace it with. Wasted my time.

I don't know if this is related to the system update that occurred in the last 24 hours, but I am unable to mark all notifications as read, meaning the activity bell consistently says I have unread activity when I do not. Repeatedly clicking Mark all as read does nothing, as does reading the particular message in question.

After yesterday's system update, it is not possible to comment on Live Help or community channel messages. You'll see your message initially show up, but you can't edit them, and after refresh they are gone.

I noticed that when I hover on people's profile who post help in the subworlds, mainly SAT Prep, I can see their time. However, I have a learner who's from Togo and I haven't been able to see his local time. I'm not sure what's going on with the converter but I hope it would be made visible on people's profiles and not just in certain subworlds
