Trying to get certified as a tutor

I am trying to get certified as a tutor in pre-algebra. While trying to, I recorded myself, but after finish the test, I wasn't able to stop the recording as the 'Next' button is grayed out, as shown in the picture below. I have already completed the test twice and I do not wish to repeat it more times unless it's getting certified.

In the image above, it looks like Stop Sharing was not yet clicked (you click that when done with the test, then you have a chance to preview and upload). User support can help clarify the sequence of events to follow. Good luck!
