I'm trying to add my US phone number so I can receive text messages for my sessions, but I'm not receiving the verification code.

today was my first session and was telling me to basically join or else like I was gonna be smart as absent and the thing is it won’t let me join because my age verification hasn’t gone through yet even though I already submitted it and it’s saying how they would get back to me in two business days but it’s been more than a week and now I can’t join any session because I haven’t had my age verified.

I am trying ot take the chemistry certificatin test and my video will randomly cut out in the middle of my test and stop recording itself and just upload it. I then have to resestart and everytime i researt it cuts out again

If I try to reschedule multiple sessions at once by pushing them one day forward, for example, it gives me an error by saying they overlap. I am confident they do not overlap with other series of mine. This means I have to reschedule each session individually, very tediously.

Today I hosted my first Math SAT session, and six learners attended. However, I received an automated email stating that nobody joined. Additionally, the learners' attendance page currently marks everyone as absent. Could you please help me correct this attendance record?

I got an email saying that none of my learners showed up for my session. I am currently actively in the middle of my session with 2 learners present, yet on the Bootcamp page, they are also shown as having unexcused absences. Is there a way to correct this? Additionally, does this mean that I won't get feedback and the right number of volunteer hours for this fully completed session?

I had to refresh my SAT boot amp session for scraping my screen, which forced me to leave the sessions for 15 seconds. Then, I finished teaching. I taught for 93 minutes but only got 32 minutes. Pls help

I am unable to withdraw myself from SAT tutor onboarding series because the withdraw button on the series page is faded and not working. The option is faded and unable to be clicked on. Please help. I had already attended the one session and the series ended

Hi, I am trying to verify my age and it will not let me do that. It keeps on refreshing and then kicking me out. I am not sure if my video is submitted or not. Please help now!!!!
