In the past, Live Help requests would display, in text, the subject / subworld of the request. E.g. the words "Algebra 2" would be displayed in text. Now they are not displayed and tutors are left trying to mentally map the subject / subworld image (which is still displayed) to the associated subject name. E.g. in the below image, I somehow need to know that the f(x) image means Algebra 2 while the square root of x image means Algebra 1. The distinction is relevant to me as a tutor when I'm deciding which Live Help requests to interact with. I can filter Live Help requests by subject, but I'd rather just scroll through the list of help requests in subjects I'm certified in and be able to tell at a glance what subject they are for. All confusion would be avoided if the name of the course, Algebra 2 in this example, is displayed, like it used to be. I'm also attaching a snippet of a Live Help request from the past showing how this used to look. I know subworlds are going away, but since you still request Live Help in a subject, and can filter requests by subject, it would seem straightforward to show the subject in text in all Live Help requests. I thought hovering over the subject / subworld icon in Live Help requests might show me the course name, but they instead bring up profile information on the learner that posted the request. Even if hovering worked, I'd still rather see the subject in text.
