Tutor vs. Learner distinction on Leaderboard is unclear
The top two tiles at the Leaderboard are Most SP (Learners) and Most SP (Tutors). While I can understand why SHW might wish to distinguish the people that have a lot of SP primarily from attending sessions from those with a lot of SP primarily from hosting sessions, I think the distinction is unclear and confusing. I've added a view of the tiles when I select All Time. If I look at Long T, the user with 31,024 SP in the Learners category, their profile ( https://schoolhouse.world/u/379578 ) identifies them as a Tutor, says they have hosted 177 sessions, says they have attended 0 sessions (it's conceivable age restrictions mess up this count for me, though I'd consider that a bug if so), and have 5145 Super Helpfuls. Why is this user in the Learners category? And why don't their 5145 Super Helpfuls put them at the top of the Most "Super Helpful" Ratings tile? The next user in the Learners category, Jessica W, appears to have deleted their account ( https://schoolhouse.world/u/jessicaw028 returns an error page), but given they are shown as 8th all time in Questions Answered, it sure seems like they are (or were) a Tutor. The next user in the Learners category, Naya S ( https://schoolhouse.world/u/nayaa ), has been a Tutor since 2022, has hosted 378 sessions, and attended 281. At least there's a large number of attended sessions here, but it's still unclear why putting her under Learners makes more sense than Tutors when she has hosted more sessions than she has attended. Certainly there are lots of Schoolhouse users that are exclusively Learners, and others that are exclusively Tutors, but there are lots of users that are both. E.g. a student taking Pre-Calc that also tutors Algebra 1. I don't think the Learners vs. Tutors distinction makes a whole lot of sense when the users near the top of the Most SP (Learners) category are clearly Tutors. If there's no reasonable way to distinguish the categories, I'd expect them to be grouped together. I'm assuming Long T being considered a Learner is why his 5145 Super Helpfuls don't show up in that Most "Super Helpful" Ratings tile, but that's a guess, and there's no information in the UI that explains to a user how these judgments are made. I don't see why the Tutor vs. Learner distinction should impact the Most "Super Helpful" Ratings tile. I think a lot of these tiles would benefit from a helptip icon with a tooltip on hover that explains how the calculations are done. As I've also noted at https://schoolhouse.world/feedback/p/certification-count-on-leaderboard-is-unclear , it's confusing in a number of areas how the calculations are done and then what filtering exists to put users in Learners vs. Tutors categories and also exclude some users from certain tiles (like Long T from Most "Super Helpful" Ratings). I checked my settings ( https://schoolhouse.world/settings ) to see if there's some self-classification we make of whether we are a Learner or a Tutor but didn't find anything. I would have submitted this as Feedback and not a Bug, but the Category options for feedback requests has changed since I last submitted something, so I'll go with Bug, as I do consider the functionality to be at least somewhat broken here.

Errors in SAT Session Tips training (part 1)
Went through the required (to be a tutor in SAT Prep) SAT Session Tips training and jotted down some errors, some minor, some significant (broken links, out of date steps). Splitting into two feedback requests due to 10 attachment maximum restriction. 1) Is there a reason this training is unavailable as an optional training at https://schoolhouse.world/tutor/training ? It shows up in the Completed tab now that I've completed it, but I'm surprised it didn't appear alongside Digital SAT Training (optional) and SAT Bootcamp Tutoring 101 (required to tutor a bootcamp) in the training options on the Incomplete tab. 2) The UI says the training is called SAT Tips (first image), the training refers to itself as SAT Session Tips (second image), and once completed it's called SAT Tips (on the Completed Tab) 3) The first attachment says the training should take 15 minutes while the training itself (second attachment) suggests 6 minutes. It easily took me 30 minutes, so I'd suggest standardizing on the 15. 4) In the 3rd attachment, the 6th bullet reads awkwardly, with all other bullets beginning with verbs (Reviewing, Providing, etc.) while the 6th bullet is SAT Series Tips. It's not confusing at all, I just found it to be inconsistent. 5) In the 4th attachment, "strategies for answer purpose questions" reads awkwardly. Maybe "strategies to help answer purpose questions" 6) In the 5th attachment, "for learners' to practice applying" should not have an apostrophe. 7) In the 6th attachment, the link to Nour's Writing PowerPoint, https://docs.google.com/presentation/d/1aCzsy2lP6_kvBMA0RaBKEXH4uVymgOp_dr2vdbe7mrM/edit?usp=sharing , is a broken link 8) In the 7th attachment, the video link goes to https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HFj1j9A_-Kk , and the steps in that video are no longer accurate with the latest Khan Academy UI. If I type in one of the early URLs in the video I get redirected to https://www.khanacademy.org/test-prep , and it is then unclear where to get the Full Tests discussed in the video. I looked for a while and couldn't figure it out. 9) In the 8th attachment, I don't believe "that" should be lowercased in the title (there's a category of words that can be lowercased in a title, like a, an, the, to, in, by, etc., but I don't believe "that" is in that category). Obviously very minor. 10) In the 9th attachment, I'd expect this slide to begin "Providing resources..." to match the first intro slide (with 6 bullets) and the style of the prior section headings. 11) In the 10th attachment, there are many broken links. The first link goes to https://www.khanacademy.org/SAT which is a broken link. The second link goes to https://www.khanacademy.org/test-prep/sat/new-sat-tips-planning#sat-strategies-general which is also a broken link. It's also very difficult to visually tell that the items in bullet 3, Meditation Intro, Meditation for Test Anxiety, and Tips from Sal to reduce stress are in fact three separate links of videos that can be watched. I'll put the remaining items in the next feedback request.
