Typo in Help Desk Article and Wording Suggestion

There is an extra period at the end of "All sessions have to be publicly available for safety and accessibility reasons" on this help desk article: https://schoolhouse.world/faq/en/articles/9959475-can-i-plan-a-session-with-only-one-learner.
Another thing that I'd like to mention is that with the recent name change of the "Live Help" button in the left-side bar, we should modify the wording of "Get 1:1 support from peer tutors–completely for free" on https://schoolhouse.world/live-help to something without "1:1" so that it doesn't confuse people.
