Zoom Joining Issue

Currently user cannot join meeting even though they have age verification. Does not start up zoom automatically, user is not signed in.

Rithik V the best option for a user experiencing this issue would be for them to reach out to user support (profile dropdown at top right of Schoolhouse, Chat with Support).
