Withdraw is disabled on a past onboarding series

I am unable to withdraw myself from SAT tutor onboarding series because the withdraw button on the series page is faded and not working. The option is faded and unable to be clicked on. Please help. I had already attended the one session and the series ended

Hi Keegan O if you already attended the session, there should be no reason to withdraw- you've completed the series! If this still feels like an issue, can you provide some screenshots so we can better understand and investigate? Thank you!
