Volunteer Hours> 45 Minutes

Personally, I have seen a lot of tutors want to add more than 45 minutes of session prep, I feel it should be made more as sometimes for particular sessions tutors take up more time.

Yes, we definitely need this! And providing evidence of time spent (providing slides which can show edit history) should resolve the problem of lying about hours. I am planning a SAT prep session where I may spend more than 45 minutes creating content and I’d love to get proper credit for my work!

Is there a way to verify that someone spent >45 minutes (like for google slides, you can check the time stamp)

I know people can add overtime, but people who didn't spend any time and improvised on the spot can already put up to 45 minutes.
So practically, there is no point of hesitating just for "cheaters"

Agreed. Occasionally I actually spend more time outside of the session getting prepared and creating material than the actual session time. (especially for series with many people) Definitely a feature that is needed!

I agree with this so much! I sometimes spend like an hour or an hour and a half making material for the sessions that I teach, however, I can see how some people will use this to get free hours (for every session, they can also basically give themselves a free hour or two), but overall, this is an excellent idea that I would love to see incorporated in schoolhouse!
