Survey wont go away

Even though I have completed the post-session survey multiple times, the app keeps prompting me to complete it again. At this point, it doesn't even allow me to submit the survey; it just keeps it on my screen and prevents me from doing anything else on the app.

Mohit r Hi, may I ask if you have fixed the issue on your end? I also have a tutoring class today, and I'm afraid if I'm unable to open the tab and the class, my account will get suspended since I got the warning before:((

Maria Lno i still unable to fix it I have a dialogues and tutoring session and its like im very much afraid as well idk mam i texted the user team and they said that they are looking into it but not sure how much time they going take.
