At https://schoolhouse.world/volunteer/team/moderators?page=1, all of the moderators are displayed. If I want to contact a single Tutor Support Moderator, for example, it is harder to do so than it was to contact subworld moderators. For example, in other UI contexts at Schoolhouse, I can hover over a user's profile image/avatar, which pops up an overlay with a View Profile button, from which I can click Chat to contact the user. But at the Moderators page, hovering over a user's profile image does nothing. Also, there's no way to filter the Moderators page by a particular role I'm interested in, so I potentially have to page through multiple screens to find someone to contact (or I always end up contacting someone whose name starts with an 'A', rather than divvying up my questions to multiple moderators so I don't always overburden the same person).
Really I'd like a way to message all Tutor Support Moderators at once. I can alternatively post in tutoring-support in Slack, or the new Tutors channel in the Community area, but both areas are open to so many users that it's a lot easier for my question to get lost in the noise than it would be if there was a well-defined way to reach out to a particular type of moderator, and also an expectation that those moderators monitor that area for questions.
This "group chat with moderators" notion had previously been suggested, in the subworld era, in https://schoolhouse.world/feedback/p/chat-with-moderators-coaches-button
