First Dialogue Session Incorrectly Shows No Responses

My Dialogue portfolio currently shows both a peer response and self-reflection from my first Dialogue session (August 2025). I want to replace the self-reflection with a self-reflection from a different dialogue, but when I click "Add Dialogues feedback" and scroll down to that first dialogue, it says "0 responses," which is clearly incorrect.

I figured out the issue thanks to help from User Support! I needed to click "Legacy," and then I could see the responses from that dialogue.
