thanks for the response. it seems it only happens on my chromebook at school only on that specific coda link

Justin K OK, looks like that's not uncommon based on the notes at the bottom of that help article. Consider following the steps listed there (sending a screenshot of the error shown in Dev Tools to Coda support) to help Coda troubleshoot this problem, if you can. Using a different device, if you can, may be the best option for the time being.
