we should have more badges to motivate learners and tutors more! for example: host 400 sessions, attend 400 sessions, Reach Tanzanite level at 20,000 SP, reach 100 followers, Get 100/200/300 super helpful ratings, for learners give 100/200/300 feedback to tutors etc...

Disagree with the followers part. That would lead to pointless following sprees from people in hopes of getting follow-backs.
