Based on the screenshot you've provided in the accompanying post, it seems that one of our vendors wants to verify your browser (it may prompt for human verification), and is therefore blocking your request from going through.

In this case, I recommend opening Schoolhouse in another tab and letting the verification go through, then come to the original tab and submit the assessment again.
