Spanish Sessions in SHW
Ana T
What if SHW recruited Latinoamerican + multilingual volunteers to help review and supervise meeting recordings? 🌍
So many students truly want to learn, grow, and succeed — but language barriers make that journey way harder than it needs to be. When a student can’t fully understand the feedback or explanation because it’s not in their native language, learning becomes frustrating instead of empowering. And that’s something we can actually fix.
By bringing in volunteers who speak Spanish and other languages, we could make feedback clearer, improve understanding, and create a learning space that truly reflects how global our community is. This isn’t just about language — it’s about access, equity, and giving every student a fair chance to succeed.
This kind of initiative could help:
âś… Students better understand feedback
âś… Tutors communicate more effectively
âś… More learners stay motivated and confident
âś… SHW grows into an even more inclusive global platform

Really like this idea especially as a bilingual student :D

I totally agree with this! Maybe it could be expanded to other languages like Arabic, French, and others.
