Mention learners in Group Chat

It would be cool, to mention learners in Group Chat. Sometimes learners won't read the chat, so mentioning them can bring attention to them. :)

Good idea! It's slightly tough to implement engineering-wise, unfortunately, because of how we've set up the chat system. However, I hope we can get to it during a future hackathon.
