Keeping tutors' 'learner stats'
planned

Edit: Shanmukha P answered my inquiry, turns out tutors keep their learner stats and join date, my bad!
Original suggestion: When learners become tutors, they lose their 'learner stats', e.g. sessions attended, learning minutes etc. It's not too big of an issue, but surely it would be nice to keep it?
I've also noticed one person who became a tutor got their join date changed to when they became a tutor - I'm not entirely sure if this is true, and it's not too important, but shouldn't there be a join date and a date where they became a tutor? Since they didn't join when they became a tutor

Very fair! We probably shouldn't hide learning stats if you joined as a learner and became a tutor. Thanks for bringing up.

Hi Max X,
A few things I want to clarify:
You can actually keep your learner stats!! Even after you become a tutor, you can still attend sessions, just like a learner. Attending sessions will also increase your learning minutes so when you become a tutor, you are a tutor AND a learner.
Secondly, the joining date and the date when someone becomes a tutor are different and they are both listed on your public profile! I don't think you can "change" your joining date. Maybe you saw a tutor with the same join date AND the same date when they became a tutor. That is because some of our tutors became tutors right when they joined, or they are SAT tutors that joined to tutor the in the SAT boot camps.
(I attached two images of the join date and the date I became a tutor)

Shanmukha P: Thank you for the clarification! I suppose your suggestion about the join date is probably right, and I didn't realise there was a show more button and a date when someone became a tutor.

Max X: No Problem!!
