I feel that most learners and tutors tend to skip on giving feedback to the other party during live help because the notification to give feedback is only delivered after the entire scheduled session has ended and they have either forgotten what they want to say or are "lazy" to give the feedback. This leads to both tutors and learners missing out on important feedback for them to improve and learn.

After the tutor is done with each learner and returns to the SHW website to click Unable to Help/Done Helping, there can immediately be a pop-up that allows tutors & learners to fill out on the feedback on the spot (this can still be voluntary and they could close the pop-up if they don't want to provide feedback).

This will make giving feedback more accesible and convenient and will increase the amount of feedback given.
