Can I know my learners' specific score changes after a bootcamp? (SAT)
Charisse C
Hello, SHW! While the Super Helpful/Helpful/Not Helpful vote system gives a general idea of how I'm tutoring my sessions, learners often don't provide further feedback, thus making it more difficult for me to gauge how effective my tutoring is. I'd like for learners (as anonymously as they provide feedback) to report their SAT score changes so that tutors can have an objective, quantitative metric of their effectiveness (instead of simple "Helpful" ratings, for instance, without accompanying feedback).
Even though the AI feedback also helps, it only gives me the learners' engagement time and times I employed or should have employed certain tutoring strategies without considering how much the students actually took from the session.
I know SHW reports average post-bootcamp SAT score increases of 50 points, but I would like an idea of how I individually can tailor my sessions for my learners to meet or exceed that increase.
Thank you very much for your consideration!
