Answer Feedback Later

For my back to back classes, I get the "Feedback Request" popup regularly. It usually takes a couple minutes to write feedback, and often it leads to me being slightly late to class. It would be nice if there was a tab where you can answer feedback later instead of pressing "Ask me tomorrow" and having to wait a whole day.

I like Noreen's idea on customizing the snooze time! I think we can make that happen.

Maybe instead of Ask Me Tomorrow it says Ask Me...? and when you click it leads you to a drop down menu, ask me in 10 minutes, 1 hour, 3 hour, tomorrow or whatever intervals we want or even as Celina said manually typing in a time that works for you.

Noreen M: I agree with this 100%
Celina C
Noreen M: That's a great idea! Maybe the learner could type a specific time such as "2:30 PM" as well.
Noreen M
Celina C: Yeah exactly!

More flexible timing? Maybe a tab called "feedback folder" next to the conversations where you could fill the forms out within a week, otherwise they disappear.

Minakshi S: I feel like implementing the feedback feature this way would end up lowering the amount of feedback tutors receive. In my opinion, the popup is more conducive in encouraging learners to provide feedback.
Noreen M
Selina C: Yeah I agree. If they disappear most people probably wouldn't care. The popup that means if you don't fill it out you can't do anything on the website sort of forces some sort of feedback out of people.
Minakshi S
Noreen M: A majority still don't provide feedback because they are running from session to session so a tab the like the "conversations" or "notifications" would help and if it exceeded 5 they can only access that page on the website.
Noreen M
Minakshi S: If we were to go with feedback folder I think it would be better not to limit the website at 5(as some people may only attend 4 sessions in let say the span of a month) but rather by time. For example if you attend a session and put it in the "feedback folder" and you do not fill it out in the span of 3 days or 5 days or however long we want it to be then the website will be limited even if you only have one unanswered feedback.
