Hello! Since the advent of Subworlds, giving out Live Help sessions is conducted on the Help Channels whenever a learner asks a question. I recently hosted one of these sessions to assist a learner with their homework, and they gave me a "Super Helpful" rating and a good review. However, I find that neither the "Super Helpful" rating nor the review shows up in my Feedback page. In addition, the "Super Helpful" rating I got doesn't seem to count towards the rest of the ones I got from hosting conventional sessions, and thus does not show up on my profile page or my portfolio. I also can't feature the feedback I got from the learner, since it doesn't appear anywhere except the session page. It would be extremely beneficial if the ratings and reviews from Live Help Channel sessions counted towards the tutor's progress, especially if the tutor primarily hosts Live sessions. That way, tutors could feature feedback and display ratings and reviews received from Live Help on both the portfolio and the tutor profile. Sorry if this sounds like a rant, but I think it would really help tutors if they were able to showcase their hard work from both conventional sessions and Live Help sessions, since both involve helping learners.
